Log your day in seconds. See what's actually changing.

SelfOS is a second brain for your day. Log what you spent, what you ate, what you trained, how you slept — then get back patterns you can act on, not averages to admire.

Available in your browser now. The Android app is in testing.

Most trackers hand you forms and averages

SelfOS works the other way round. Capture is fast or spoken, and what you log turns into a plain-language read on what changed this week and why. Entries are structured — an entry that knows it is a ₹420 food expense at 1:10pm can be counted, compared and trended. A paragraph about your day cannot.

What you can log

Money

Spending, income, money you lent, money you invested — sorted into categories.

Meals

Photograph the plate and get protein, carbs and calories estimated, or type it yourself.

Gym

What you trained, plus cardio.

Weight

With a trend line and the distance to your goal.

Daily check-in

Mood, energy, and hours slept.

Anything else

A custom entry for whatever doesn't fit a category.

Catch up by voice

Went two or three days without logging? Say it all in one go — “spent 400 on groceries yesterday, gym on Monday, weight 74 this morning” — and SelfOS splits it into separate entries, each dated to the day it actually happened, not to today. Nothing is saved until you review it, and you can re-date or edit every item before it lands.

Your day at a glance

The home screen shows only the things that have something to say today.

Money

What's available after your fixed costs, what you've spent, what's left — with a pace bar.

Nutrition

Protein, carbs and calories against targets derived from your body weight.

Weight

Your 7-day trend and how far you are from your goal.

Gym

What you trained, which muscle group is overdue in your rotation, and this week's cadence against your own normal.

Patterns, not averages

  • 7-day and 30-day views for every area, so no insight resets to empty on the 1st of the month.
  • Streaks, unusual days, and the biggest shift of your month — attributed to the one transaction or day that explains it, instead of a bare percentage.
  • Connections across areas: how what you eat, train and sleep lines up with what you spend.
  • A short daily read on what changed since yesterday.

Orbit — ask your own data

Orbit is a chat assistant that can read what you've logged and nothing else. Ask “how much went on eating out this month”, “am I hitting protein on gym days”, “what's happened to my sleep” — and get an answer built from your own entries, with the numbers behind it.

Your data

One account, your data. Meal photos, voice transcripts and Orbit messages go to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to produce the parse or the answer you asked for. You can delete your account and everything in it, permanently, from inside the app. The details are in the privacy policy.

Start with today

One entry is enough to begin. The patterns arrive once there is history to read.
